Horseback riding

for children and adults

From beginners to experts, from small children to adults - horse lovers feel at home on our equestrian farm.

At our small riding facility, we make every effort to ensure the well-being of both, horse and rider, and we offer an individually tailored range of riding options.

While the little ones are taken for their first laps in the riding arena, the older ones learn how to handle and care for the horses properly under equestrian supervision and make their first real riding experiences.

Beginner

Children or adults are led by us on the reins or, depending on their ability, can already practice free riding in the riding arena under expert guidance.

advanced

For advanced riders (safe riding at walk and trot) there are individual or group units at the riding arena. If that works out well, you can also take part in a step ride.

Are you already confident in the walk, trot and canter? Then look forward to beautiful, guided rides over forest and meadow paths in our romantic mountain landscape.

for children from 2 years:

Sitting on a horse or pony for the first time is an exciting holiday experience for every child. From sitting on it and enjoying it to fun balance exercises on the horse - even the little ones have fun.

When riding a pony, your child is led by the reins and, if necessary, supported and held by the supervisor or parents at the same time.

Where: at the riding arena or during short walks through the forest

Safety is important to us - we have the right riding helmet (EN1384-2023) for every head. When we go for a walk in the forest the child must wear a protective vest (EN13158).

How often: during the summer holidays riding units 3x per week Mon-Fri

When: from around May to mid-October - with suitable soil conditions and dry weather

Prices guided horseback riding/pony rides 2025:

per 10min on riding area EUR 9,--
little walk outside 15-20min EUR 14,--

Duration of the session: by arrangement - 10 to a maximum of 30 minutes per child depending on capacity

First riding experience

with lots of fun and joy...

Large and small riders experience relaxed and stress-free training units on our well-behaved horses. We offer riding units for children from about school age and also for adults (up to max. 80 kg body weight) if there is free capacity.

2 riding arenas (40x20m & 15x30m) with great panoramic views of the mountain landscape

beginner sessions on the reins, on the lunge or free riding on the spot

depending on the ability of the rider and the daily condition and workload of the horses can only be decided individually on site.
Individual sessions lasting 15 to 30 minutes each - depending on capacity
Prices for beginners 2025: 15 minutes at EUR 14,- ; 30 minutes EUR 28,-

for advanced riders who already ride confidently at walk and trot

Group sessions at the riding arena (max. 4 riders)
Duration of the units - individual unit 30 min, with 2 riders approx. 40 min, with 3-4 riders 45 min
Price advanced 2025: EUR 28,-- per unit

Of course, the riding events are always under the supervision of our experienced riding instructor and riding pedagogical supervisor.

comfortable beginner rides

rides for experienced riders, safe in all 3 gaits (walk, trot, canter)

Riding helmets (EN1384) and riding vests (EN 13158 Level 3) are compulsory for all riders. Both can be borrowed free of charge.

Duration: 50 minutes to approx. 3 hours

When: around May to mid-October in dry weather

How often:

during the summer holidays 3x per week Mon-Fri
in the low season by prior arrangement
The horses have always freetime on Saturday and Sunday.

Price riding 2025:

from 2 member per person 50 minutes each - EUR 25,-
for 1 member alone á 50min - EUR 30,-
